1. Annual Year End Assessment
- Review and think critically about the current year to help inform your plan and path for the future
- Chart your visual course from "here" to "there." From thoughts, to words, to imagery - you will write your vision and make it plain
- Consider and develop your 3 most significant goals for the year in a way that you understand, track, measure, and implement
- Connect your goals with time, space, and life by identifying key milestones and activities that are needed to promote a successful environment for implementation
- Assess and internally reflect on how you are doing and what you need to maintain, improve, and or adjust for this year and the future
- Weekly group coaching sessions and facilitated activities (excluding major holiday weeks)
- Coach led and group review of the high performance core focus areas and exercises in the Boot Camp program

Patricia D. Glenn, affectionately known as Coach Trish by her clients, is the founder and CEO of BC Reign Inc. who owns and operates Reign Academy (a premier leadership institute specializing in cultivating the leader within and innovatively maximizing their external results for global and generational impact one leader at a time). She also has more than a decade of experience working for the United States (US) Government in the area of regulation, safety, and security with prior experience in nuclear weapons and research. In addition to her CEO duties at Reign Academy, Patricia leads and coaches high potential professionals (i.e. women, young professionals, organizations, etc.) in the private, corporate, and government arena to and through leadership in their lives and careers for high achievement; intentional high performance; lasting, meaningful impact; and personal and professional fulfilment.
Patricia is an innovative, strategic thought leader with a heart to encourage, give back, and stir up the gifts in others. She is also a mom and wife with formal training in nuclear engineering, international affairs with a concentration in security policy, and executive core competencies that include: Leading People, Leading Change, Results Driven, Business Acumen, and Building Coalitions. Additionally, she is trained and or certified in the following areas: leadership/career and life coach; Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt; alternative dispute and resolution and mediation; organizational and group facilitation; project management and inspection; and Meta Leadership.
Patricia has a wealth of leadership experience at various levels. She has led multiple highly visible, complex initiatives, projects, and teams through strategic planning, implementation, management, and sustainability. One that she led and is most fond of for its direct impact on the lives and careers of people includes the development and implementation of a regional multi-agency mentoring program that was recommended for national adoption and a sister program that focuses on interagency career coaching for all staff levels. She champions intentional leadership at any level; strategic planning and implementation; option-oriented problem solving; maximizing potential and exposure; internal and external awareness and savvy; thoughtful, value-based, results driven decision making; and intentional and impactful living. She is a speaker, author, philanthropist and graduate of Leadership Government. She also serves on various advisory boards and committees on the local and national level. Of personal note is that Patricia is a down to earth foodie who enjoys travel, broadening her horizons, recreation, and quality time with friends and family. Her desire is to reach the fullness of the destiny that God has for her, while letting her light shine, living her REIGNLife and helping others to do the same!
