As a parent company and within the BC Reign Inc. family, we concentrate our efforts in three core areas:

Each of these areas are interwoven into the way that we fundamentally operate each business extension of BC Reign Inc as various portions of our mission and vision are executed independently while being interdependent. Checkout our company structure and explore our daughter companies below. 

BC Reign Inc

Owner and parent company/headquarters for Reign Academy, Reign Investments & Financials, Reign Publishing and Reign Foundation. All of these entities of BC Reign incorporate the cornerstone areas of innovation and empowerment into their operation and mission.

Reign Academy

Reign Academy is a major contributor to the leadership and educational arm of BC Reign Inc. The Academy is a leadership institute that also provides certified professional coaching services in the areas of career, leadership, and life coaching. Additionally, the Academy provides educational content and resources that support continuous learning and professional and personal development. The Academy has an active social media platform that promotes an everyday intentional leadership and life focus. It also publishes periodic leadership insights via the LEADERSHIP MINDSET which is available for free to those who subscribe.

On the horizon for Reign Academy is a leadership program for children (toddlers through high school seniors) that focuses on:
  • maximizing exposure opportunities.
  • promotes critical and innovative thinking and a love of learning - including STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math).
  • emphasizes leadership at all levels, effective communication, community (civic, social, and professional) engagement, and personal empowerment.

Reign Investments & Financials

Reign Investments & Financials (RI&F) is a part of the cross generational financial independence arm of BC Reign. RI&F invest in a variety of areas with the goal of establishing a sustainable pipeline for ensuring financial independence for the company, its stakeholders, and the broader community. Additionally, RI&F seeks out opportunities to assist others in their financial endeavors, including those challenged with getting started and or moving to the next level.

Reign Publishing

Reign Publishing is a part of the educational and leadership arm of BC Reign Inc. Reign publishing's major literary interest are in the areas of children's books and academic journals. The children's books are inspired by faith, family, education (including science, technology, engineering, art, and Math - STEAM), leadership, innovation, and exposure. Through academic journals, Reign Publishing delivers a platform for peer reviewed scholarly research conducted at various levels with an emphasis on minority, STEAM, leadership, pedagogy, and leading research. 

Reign Foundation

The Foundation is the giving arm of BC Reign Inc. The foundation provides need, merit, and "just because" aid and support to various entities within in the local community and abroad. The Foundation also supplies scholarships to scholars in Reign Academy.

Beyond BC Reign Inc

Next Level Leadership & Consulting (NLLC)

NLLC is not owned or operated by BC Reign Inc. However, BC Reign Inc. may utilize subcontractors to support its core mission activities and NLLC is one of those.

NLLC is an entity specifically focused on delivering next level leadership, coaching, and consulting support to various companies and organizations through public contracts. NLLC is a woman and minority owned small business.
