Reign Rewards 101Around Reign Academy, we believe in both recognizing and rewarding intentional leadership. Reign Rewards is a self-paced system where clients have the opportunity to earn rewards points and exchange them for "Reign Swag." The rewards and swag serve to celebrate a leader's intentional efforts in cultivating leadership as a lifestyle and life without limits as a reality - for both themselves and other leaders! As a bonus, we have an opportunity to provide another thank you for valuing Reign Academy! There are 3 main ways to earn rewards and multiple options for Reign Swag. See below!

"Cultivating Reign Leaders" centers around encouraging and helping other leaders take the same intentional steps that you did when you decided to get support with your career and life journey through Reign Academy. As leaders, one thing that we do is help others. Individually, you know the value and true meaningfulness that results from strategic leadership development and focus. You've personally seen the growth and results. Let's help others to do the same! Pay it forward and help another leader unlock and enhance the potential of their journey.

- Who: For Current Reign Academy Clients
- What: Earn $100.00 (1000 Reign Points) worth of Reign Swag for referring someone who becomes a Reign Academy individual coaching client through a coaching agreement (6 month+ / 12 sessions+)
- When: Available to be earned at any time
- Where: Online
- How: When a current client refers someone who becomes an individual coaching client via signed, effective coaching agreement, the referring client is eligible for a Reign Swag reward valued at $100.00. Reign Swag is awarded semi-annually after the fulfillment of 3-6 months of the new client coaching agreement.

- Who: For Current Reign Academy Clients
- What: Earn $50.00 (500 Reign Points) worth of Reign Swag for referring someone who becomes a Reign Academy group coaching client through a coaching agreement (6 month+ / 12 session+)
- When: Available to be earned at any time
- Where: Online
- How: When a current client refers someone who becomes a group coaching client via signed, effective coaching agreement, the referring client is eligible for a Reign Swag reward valued at $50.00. Reign Swag is awarded semi-annually after the fulfillment of 3-6 months of the new client coaching agreement.

Empower "Intentional Leadership" in leaders by connecting
them with our Reign Academy Leadership List!
"Empowering Intentional Leaders" focuses on helping others establish an individual, personal leadership outlet and resource that is fully in their control. It's too often that we find high caliber individuals and teams that simply do not have awareness and or ready access to continual leadership options, resources, and or community because of the interest that they have, "role" that they occupy, position that they hold, and or connection that they have or don't have. Help us empower everyone to say yes to leadership in both career and life that is fulfilling, rewarding and fruitful. Let's unleash the power and impact that accompanies strategic growth and development regardless of where you work, who's your boss, company size, shifting career interest, life changes, etc.
- Who: For Current Reign Academy Clients
- What: Earn 10 Reign Points for every person who joins our free Reign Academy Leadership List.
- When: Available to be earned at any time
- Where: Online
- How: When a current client refers someone who becomes and remains an actively engaged member of the Reign Academy Leadership List for a minimum of at least six months to one year, the referring client is eligible for a Reign Swag reward valued at 10 points per each new Leadership List member. Reign Swag is awarded semi-annually after the fulfillment of the minimum Leadership List membership period. Each person may only be counted as a new member once. When the new Leadership List member joins, they must indicate who they were referred by in order for the referral to be credited to the referring client.
3. Develop everyday leaders
Help expose and develop leaders through no-cost and low cost leadership and life inspiration, support, and development options offered through Reign Academy's Everyday Leadership Logic (ELL and ELL+) -
Hosted on social media and available on demand for ELL / hosted on a Reign Academy platform and available via subscription for ELL+.
"Developing Everyday Leaders" is about meeting people where they are and helping them to understand, connect with, and enhance their leadership potential. It's a way of routinely developing, inspiring, and encouraging people at any level of leadership to continually shoot for the stars in their career and life. Be and serve on leadership missions with us by activating, fueling, and energizing the careers and lives of others whether they are a rookie or a veteran!

ELL Option:
- Who: For Current Reign Academy Clients
- What: Earn 2 Reign Points for every person who likes and follows ELL on social media
- When: Available to be earned at any time.
- Where: Online
- How: When a current client refers someone who becomes and remains an active member of ELL for a minimum of at least one year, the referring client is eligible for a Reign Swag reward valued at 2 points per new ELL follower. Reign Swag is awarded semi-annually after the fulfillment of the minimum ELL engagement period. Each person may only be counted as a new follower once. When the new follower joins, they must indicate who referred them by direct messaging Reign Academy in order for the referral to be credited to the referring client.
ELL+ Option (Coming Soon):
- Who: For Current Reign Academy Clients
- What: Earn 50 Reign Points for every person who subscribes to ELL+
- When: Available to be earned at any time.
- Where: Online
- How: When a current client refers someone who becomes and remains an active member of ELL+ for a minimum of at least six months to one year, the referring client is eligible for a Reign Swag reward valued at 50 points per new ELL+ subscriber. Reign Swag is awarded semi-annually after the fulfillment of the minimum ELL+ subscription period noted above. Each person may only be counted as a new subscriber once. When the new subscriber joins ELL+, as a part of enrollment, they must indicate who they were referred by in order for the referral to be credited to the referring client.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Do I need to enroll to participate in Reign Rewards? No. There is no formal enrollment process currently. All current clients are automatically eligible to participate.
- How often is Reign Swag rewarded? Reign Swag is awarded semi-annually after the fulfillment of the designated processing and authentication period.
- I have earned Reign Rewards and I am ready to claim my swag. What do I do next? Inform your coach that you are ready to redeem and they will provide the next steps.
- When should I be prepared to claim and process my reward? In June/July and December/January.
- What is a current client? Current clients have an active development agreement/contract with Reign Academy.
- I am a corporate client. May I participate in Reign Rewards as an individual? Yes. Corporate clients may participate and earn rewards through Reign Academy as an individual independent from their company. Please follow the instructions and guidance on this page for participation.
- My agreement/contract ended may I still participate in Reign Rewards? Yes. Because clients typically continue their development over time, you may participate in Reign Rewards up to 1 year post the end of your most recent agreement/contract.
- I would like to donate my reward to a charity. Is that possible? Yes. If you provide the information for the charity, we will donate your monetary reward to them.
- Are all "Focus Areas" eligible for monetary reward? No. Only "Cultivate Reign Leaders" and "Develop Everyday Leaders (ELL+)" are eligible for monetary reward. For the others an alternate reward must be chosen.
- What is considered a monetary reward? A monetary reward is a reward where the client actually receives Reign Swag that is non-physical cash (e.g. Amazon gift card)
- Does Reign Academy actually give cash through this rewards program? No. Any monetary reward is provided via gift card.
- Is there a limit to the amount of rewards that I can earn? No. There is no limit.
- How long is a reward cycle? A reward cycle is a calendar year with options to redeem rewards in June and December.
- Do my Reign Rewards points expire? Yes. Rewards and Swag expires after 1 year.
- I do not have proof of my earned reward points. May I still claim them? It is the responsibility of the participant to track and ensure that reward points are credited. We suggest that you use the Reign Rewards Tracking sheet to help with this process.
- Will more Reign Swag be added? Yes. It is our plan to grow our Rewards Rewards program over time. If you have an idea or swag that you would like to see, let us know. We would love to hear from you.
- Why do Reign Academy clients have to be approved? Each potential client is assessed to ensure that they are a good fit for Reign Academy and our services.
- I need help with Reign Rewards. Who can I contact? We are here to help you. Please reach out to your assigned coach for assistance and they will connect you with an appropriate team member who can help.
Policy Notes: Reign Rewards is built on a service and product based platform where clients work with Reign Academy to advance and develop their life and career/business goals and supporting behaviors that align with what they desire to do, accomplish, and work on in their respective lives and careers. In the rewards program, clients earn rewards for referrals and completion of leadership actions as positive reinforcement for positive intentional leadership. This program is mutually beneficial to both Reign Academy and the client. Reign Academy is able to help more leaders and the leaders in turn received support for their life and or leadership endeavors. Reign Rewards is in continued development and is thus subject to change.
